How metrics are understood
ROAS means attributed revenue divided by platform-reported advertising spend. It does not automatically deduct agency fees, product costs, taxes, refunds or other operating expenses. ROI requires a separately agreed calculation that includes the costs identified by the client and Digital Iverse.
Why results differ
Results vary because of industry, location, competition, budget, seasonality, offer strength, landing-page quality, tracking accuracy, platform attribution and the client’s response and sales process.
Verification
Before relying on a headline metric, prospective clients may request the relevant measurement period, channel, spend basis and attribution method. Client-identifying information may be withheld where confidentiality applies.
No implied guarantee
Only KPIs expressly included in a signed campaign agreement form part of a performance commitment. See the guarantee terms for eligibility and exclusions.
